Welcome to WearThis. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WearThis mobile application provided by VoiceVUI SRL ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use WearThis. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the app only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using WearThis you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
WearThis uses artificial intelligence to generate virtual try-on images from selfies and outfit photos that you provide. AI-generated images are estimates and may not perfectly represent how a garment looks in real life. You agree not to rely on try-on images as an exact preview of fit, color, or texture.
You retain ownership of selfies you upload. By uploading content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that content solely to generate try-on results for you. We do not use your images to train AI models.

WearThis offers credit packs (one-time purchases) and a monthly subscription processed through Apple's App Store. By making a purchase you authorize Apple to charge your Apple ID.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions).
Credits and subscription benefits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be made through Apple.
WearThis, its logo, design, software, and content created by us are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the app or its content without our written permission.
Your use of WearThis is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app, which will permanently remove your data subject to our retention obligations. We may suspend or terminate your access to WearThis if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
WearThis is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated images will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of WearThis. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you through the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use of WearThis after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
