WearThis ("we", "our", or "us") operates the WearThis mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials via Amazon Cognito.
Selfie Photos: If you use the virtual try-on feature, you may upload a selfie photo. Selfies are stored securely in AWS S3 and are only used to generate try-on images for your account.
Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage data including app interactions, feature usage, and crash reports via Sentry to improve app quality.
Purchase Data: When you make in-app purchases (credit packs or subscriptions), transaction data is processed by Apple and RevenueCat. We store your credit balance and subscription status but never your payment card details.
We use AI services (including Google Gemini) to process outfit images and generate try-on results. Your selfie may be sent to these services solely for generating try-on images. We do not use your images to train AI models.

Your data is stored in AWS data centers. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication is managed through AWS Cognito with secure token-based sessions.

WearThis offers credit packs (one-time purchases) and a monthly subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
WearThis is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
